This waterway, in my view, is one of the miracles of Wales and, conceivably, one of the marvels of the world. It runs for thirty-two miles through charming view, and by and large well away from motorways and streets and ventures, through unadulterated Welsh open country, from Newport in South Wales, to Brecon in the nation of Powys.
